The relevant input forms show the data that is collected. We use the data that you provide for order implementation and processing of your enquiries. After complete implementation of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data shall be blocked for further use and deleted after the maintenance periods set out in tax and commercial law. If you have not expressly agreed to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use of the data going beyond this scope, as is permitted by law and of which we inform you below. You may delete your customer account at any time, either by sending a message to the contact details below or by using the designated function in your customer account.

Disclosure of data for contract fulfilment

In order to facilitate fulfilment of the contract, we shall pass your data onto the shipping company commissioned to perform delivery, insofar as this is required for the delivery of ordered goods. In order to facilitate processing of payments, we shall pass the required payment details onto the bank or payment service provider commissioned to implement the payment, or to the payment service that you selected during the order process.

Use of data for e-mail advertising.

If you sign up to our newsletter, we may use your e-mail address to send you information about our products and services. At any stage you can ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Use of data for postal advertising and your right of objection

In addition, we reserve the right to save your first name and surname, postal address and - insofar as you give us these additional pieces of information within the scope of the contractual relationship - your title, academic degree, year of birth and professional, industry or business designation in summarised lists and use them for advertising purposes, e.g. for sending interesting offers and information on our products by letter. You may object to storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending a message to the contact details described below.

If we provide advance performance, e.g. in the case of purchase on account, we may obtain information on your creditworthiness based on mathematical procedures from a credit reference agency in order to protect our justified interests.
