Luminor 1950 Tourbillon GMT Ceramica

You will be astonished by this extraordinary timepiece. Full of character, the PANERAI Luminor 1950 Tourbillon GMT Ceramica offers a second dial as well as a 6-day power reserve display on the movement. Additionally the patented OFFICINE PANERAI Tourbillon Regulator compensates for any deviations in timekeeping accuracy due to the effects of gravity. A special highly durable ceramic material has been selected for the casing of the PAM 396, the exceptional properties and stylish matt-black finish of which create a lasting impression.

The PAM 396 mechanism is based on a hand-wound mechanical movement, calibre P.2005/B, manufactured entirely in Switzerland, and comprises a total of 239 parts. Features of this superb product of the highest watchmaking artistry range from the tourbillon, through the power reserve display on the back of the casing, the second dial and 24-hour display, to the classic display for hours, minutes and seconds.

Anything but basic

The casing is constructed of zirconium oxide, a high-tech ceramic material, adding to the reputation for desirability of this amazing timepiece. The diameter of the casing is 48mm, and the rear of the casing is made of transparent sapphire crystal glass.

High-tech innovation

The black dial is characterised by a stripped-down aesthetic, with nothing superfluous or clashing. Thanks to its classic sandwich design, clear readability is assured even in poor lighting conditions. This highlights another feature of the PAM 396: the tourbillon is not visible behind the dial.

The subtle art of watchmaking

The movement and power reserve are exposed by anti-reflective coated sapphire glass on the casing's rear. The PAM 396 comes with a calfskin strap with a hard-black-coated steel clasp, an interchangeable second calfskin strap and a screwdriver. Please note: this wonderful collector's piece is limited to a run of 100 watches.
