Luminor Due 3 Days Acciaio

With the new calibre P.1000, OFFICINE PANERAI is presenting a manufacture calibre with 3 day power reserve in the PAM 676 Luminor Due 3 Days Acciaio. The case diameter of 42mm is well proportioned for thin wrists and offers optimum wearing comfort.

Delivery times for this product are dependent on PANERAI and can take several weeks.

The new “Luminor Due” is based on the Radiomir case from the 1940’s without the famous device protecting the crown, which was developed by Guido Panerai. A completely new clockwork had to be developed in order to be able to reduce the case height of the “Luminor Due” series. As a basis for the PAM00676 Luminor Due 3 Days Acciaio, OFFICINE PANERAI developed the new calibre P.1000. A mechanical movement with manual winding. Due to the sapphire glass on the reverse side of the case, the movement is very visible

Sun-brushed sandwich dial

Like the original from the 1950’s, PANERAI is installing the classic dial in sandwich construction into the PAM 676. Guido Panerai, the founder of the sandwich dial, also constructed his dials out of two disc placed on top of one another. True to the standard, PAM00676 also has a very readable sandwich dial with Arabic numbers and indexes. These are equipped exactly like the hands with beige coloured Super-LumiNova®. The case, bezel, floor of the case, pin buckle and device protecting the crown are made of highly polished stainless AISI 316L steel. This guarantees excellent skin compatibility.

The new size

With the “Luminor Due”, OFFICINE PANERAI will be presenting a very new structure of the 42mm Luminor 1950 case in 2016. PANERAI delivers the PAM 676 ex factory with a black alligator leather strap with black coloured seams. Perfect for the anthracite coloured sun-brushed sandwich dial. PAM 676 runs with the P.1000 calibre from PANERAI. It is a mechanical movement with manual winding. It has a frequency of 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour. The two barrels deliver enough energy for a 72 hour power reserve when it is fully wound.

The new league

The new case of the PAM 676 Luminor Due 3 Days Acciaio has the flattest PANERAI case. It is the new trademark of the “Luminor Due” collection. Thus, in the wrists you can immediately feel the low net weight. On the wrist, the new PAM00676 is overwhelming due to the pleasant wearing comfort. Due to the high demand of this model, it may result in longer delivery times.
