POST-PURCHASE

What exactly is the procedure after you have placed an order? We have provided a summary here for you. Should you still have questions, please send us an Mail via contact form.

YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED

1st step:

You order an item from CHRONOMETRYX. If the item is in stock, we check your payment details. This may take a few hours. The processing time may be longer for items that we do not have in stock. As soon as we have completed the check with a positive result, we will send you a confirmation E-Mail for the order.

YOUR ITEM IS SHIPPED

2nd step:

Within Switzerland, we send goods by registered mail with Swiss Post AG. Outside of Switzerland, we deliver goods as express packages with DHL Deutsche Post AG. In the case of orders of in-stock goods, we guarantee express shipping on the same day if the order is received by 3pm on a working day (excluding Saturday). We guarantee shipping on the following day for all orders of in-stock goods received after 3pm.

YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY

3rd step:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation of shipping by E-Mail. The E-Mail will contain a link so that you can track the package. Once your order has been accepted by the forwarding company, the forwarder shall be responsible for transport to the delivery address that you selected.

YOU RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE

4th step:

In Switzerland, registered consignments are usually delivered the next working day between 7am and 11am (including on Saturdays). There may be considerable delays in the delivery time for international consignments. The reason for this is payment of import taxes and country-specific value added tax through customs or before delivery by the forwarding company. You should therefore expect extra waiting times just for customs clearance, depending on the country.
